Zumba …

Still carrying on with the Zumba. And loving it. I sweat. I feel goooood.

And I’ve moved on to the Zumba Toning workout. Which I like the best. 30 minutes with hand weights. It’s awesome.

What I like about the Zumba:

It’s not too hard.
It’s interesting.
It’s not intimidating.
It gives me a good work out.
I look forward to doing it.

And I’m pretty lazy when it comes to moving. So, if you’re still up in the air about getting/trying out Zumba – I can tell you now that you won’t regret it. Just keep at it. And keep moving!


Zumba my Ass Off

Yep. I’m gonna Zumba my ass off.

Started with the step-by-step DVD of the Zumba Exhilarate package tonight.

I felt like an uncoordinated orangutan.

Those instructor chicks make it all look so easy. But then they’d pick up the pace, and it was like they’d added about 5 more steps than they showed me in the step-by-step-slow-enough-for-dummies-to-see-how-it-works part. *spits*

But that’s not the point.

No. The point, my friends, is to move your jiggly ass and get the calories burning. So what if you miss a step or 10.

I sweated.

I haven’t sweated in such a long time.
